Black Iris Brewery have brewed up Goat Juice 6.0%, a thirst slaking IPA filled with El Dorado, Idaho 7 and Mosaic Cyro bringing guava, passion fruit and lychee flavours to the table. We’ve experimented with a new hopping regime allowing for a smoother hop profile and increased aroma and we are extremely happy with the outcome.
